Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 15-18 business days. Weekends & Holidays are not included.
All orders receive tracking number when shipped. Due to current postage delays, trackage may show preshipment for a couple of days before being scanned. Sign up for text alerts via USPS to receive updates.
***Please note that once your package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for those items should they become lost, stolen, or damaged.It is the sole responsibility of USPS to safely deliver your item(s). However, should this happen, please reach out to us so that we may assist in filing a claim.***
We are not responsible for replacing orders that could not be delivered due to mistyped addresses or names. Please email us at info@crushedglitter.com as soon as you notice an error on your order so that we may correct it before it ships. If you notice the error after it ships, reach out to USPS promptly to notify them.
