I made a mistake on my order. How do I fix it? 

Please send an email to info@crushedglitter.com with your order number, and the mistake promptly. 

When can I expect to receive my order? 

All orders are shipped within 15-18 business days. Weekends & Holidays are not included. 

All orders receive tracking number when shipped. Due to current postage delays, and the holiday season, tracking may show preshipment for a couple of days before being scanned. Sign up for text alerts via USPS to receive updates.

***Please note that once your package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for those items should they become lost, stolen, or damaged.It is the sole responsibility of USPS to safely deliver your item(s). However, should this happen, please reach out to us so that we may assist in filing a claim.***

We are not responsible for replacing orders that could not be delivered due to mistyped addresses or names. Please email us at info@crushedglitter.com as soon as you notice an error on your order so that we may correct it before it ships. If you notice the error after it ships, reach out to USPS promptly to notify them. 

 

Can my order be rushed?

Orders can be rushed for an additional fee on occasion. Please send an email to info@crushedglitter.com, before placing your order with your timeline to confirm.  

How should I care for my items?

Bows are to be spot cleaned and laid flat to dry only. Clothing may be washed on gentle cycle in cold water, and laid flat to dry.

There's a problem with my order. What now?

If upon receiving your order, you notice that there is an issue, please send an email to info@crushedglitter.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Because our products are handmade, and made to order, there are no refunds. If the issue is due to an oversight on our end, we will correct it.
